Description
The Mean Well RPB-1600 series is a 1.6kW single output AC/DC charger featuring a high power density of up to 25W/inch³. Three embedded charging curves, specifically tailored for lead-acid batteries, come preloaded in every model. With support for PMBus and CANBus communication protocols, users can also upload a custom charging curve to accommodate other battery types such as lithium-ion batteries. Each model is cooled by a thermostatically controlled fan and equipped with multiple protection mechanisms to ensure maximum safety across diverse applications.
RPB-1600-12
The RPB-1600-12 is the 12V model in this series, offering intelligent 3-stage charging for 12V lead-acid and lithium batteries. Its programmable output, high efficiency, and comprehensive protection design provide stable and reliable charging for industrial automation, energy storage systems, and telecom power applications.
