The DDR-120 Series is designed with 4KVdc I/O reinforced isolation, supporting stable electrical separation between input and output circuits in industrial DC-DC conversion systems, railway-related DC bus systems and distributed power architectures.
EMC performance is designed for industrial and railway-related environments, including immunity to electrostatic discharge, radiated disturbance, EFT/burst, surge, conducted disturbance and magnetic field interference according to relevant BS EN/EN61000-4 series test requirements. The series also meets Class B conducted and radiated emission requirements under BS EN/EN55032.
For system-level safety, the DDR-120 Series includes short circuit, overload, over voltage, input reverse polarity and input under-voltage protection functions, helping maintain reliable operation under abnormal electrical or input wiring conditions.
As with all industrial DIN rail power devices, final EMC and safety compliance must be verified at system level. Designers should ensure correct grounding, shielding, enclosure design, wiring separation, thermal management, operating altitude derating and insulation coordination based on the final application environment.

Yes. The DDR-120 Series is a 120W DIN rail type DC-DC converter designed for installation on TS35/7.5 or TS35/15 DIN rail. Its 32mm slim-width housing makes it suitable for compact control cabinets and industrial panels where DIN rail space is limited.
The DDR-120 Series provides four 2:1 wide input voltage platforms. DDR-120A models support 9–18Vdc input, DDR-120B models support 16.8–33.6Vdc input, DDR-120C models support 33.6–67.2Vdc input, and DDR-120D models support 67.2–154Vdc input. This allows the series to match 12V, 24V, 48V and 110V nominal DC bus systems.
The DDR-120 Series supports 12Vdc, 24Vdc and 48Vdc output options. Available models include DDR-120A-12, DDR-120A-24, DDR-120A-48, DDR-120B-12, DDR-120B-24, DDR-120B-48, DDR-120C-12, DDR-120C-24, DDR-120C-48, DDR-120D-12, DDR-120D-24 and DDR-120D-48.
Choose the DDR-120 input type based on your system input bus voltage. Use DDR-120A for 12V nominal input systems, DDR-120B for 24V nominal input systems, DDR-120C for 48V nominal input systems, and DDR-120D for 110V nominal or high-voltage DC input systems. After selecting the input type, choose the output voltage required by your load: 12V, 24V or 48V.
