Description
The Mean Well XLG-100 Series is a 100W AC/DC LED driver that features constant power mode, making it ideal for a wide range of LED lighting applications. With a wide input voltage range of 100~305VAC, this series is compatible with global power systems.
Each model in the XLG-100 Series provides adjustable output current between 700mA and 8000mA, offering flexibility for various LED configurations. The high efficiency of up to 92% ensures energy savings and reliable performance even in high-demand environments.
Designed with a fanless metal housing and rated IP67 for ingress protection, the XLG-100 Series performs reliably in both indoor and outdoor environments. It can operate within a wide case temperature range of -40℃ to +90℃ under natural air convection.
One of the standout features of this series is its environment-adaptive capability, allowing it to function stably across various climates and conditions. Whether installed in hot, cold, humid, or dusty locations, the XLG-100 ensures long-term, consistent lighting output.
In terms of safety, the XLG-100 Series complies with the latest international standards, including IEC61347, GB7000.1-2015, and UL8750. Both the output and dimming circuits are fully isolated, ensuring safe and stable operation during installation and usage.

XLG-100-12-A
The Mean Well XLG-100-12-A is a 96W constant voltage LED driver with a 12V DC output, ideal for powering low-voltage LED lighting systems such as LED strip lights.
This model supports a wide input voltage range from 100 to 305VAC, making it suitable for global use. It features built-in active power factor correction (PFC) and delivers up to 8A output current in constant power mode.
With a durable metal housing rated IP67, the XLG-100-12-A is built to withstand indoor and outdoor environments, including dusty or humid conditions. It ensures full power output at 70–100% load range, delivering stable and efficient performance in commercial and residential lighting projects.
XLG-100-24-A
The Mean Well XLG-100-24-A is a 24V, 96W constant voltage LED driver designed for industrial, architectural, and signage lighting applications requiring reliable 24V power delivery.
Like its 12V version, this model accepts a universal AC input (100–305VAC) and features built-in power factor correction for energy efficiency. It supplies up to 4A of output current, maintaining consistent voltage in constant power mode.
With an IP67-rated aluminum case, the XLG-100-24-A is highly resistant to dust and water ingress, supporting operation in challenging environments. Its fanless design and wide operating temperature range make it an excellent choice for both indoor and outdoor LED lighting systems.
XLG-100-L-A
This model offers a constant current output of 700mA, ideal for lower-power LED lighting systems. It supports 3-in-1 dimming (0–10V, PWM, resistance) and features an internal potentiometer for output current adjustment.
XLG-100-L-AB
The AB version of the L-type includes the same electrical characteristics (700mA output) but comes with factory-installed input/output cables, providing IP67 waterproof wiring suitable for field installations.
XLG-100-H-A
Designed for more demanding applications, this model provides a higher constant current of 2100mA, supporting powerful LED modules or luminaires. It also supports 3-in-1 dimming and adjustable output.
XLG-100-H-AB
The H-AB version matches the 2100mA output of H-A, but with pre-installed cables for convenient outdoor or industrial use, maintaining robust waterproof protection.
